Boyd’s Bazaar Artisans Market
As soon as the parade goes by our location Freddy’s on Main at 395 Main Street (the two storey historic brick building by DQ), the doors will be open (close to 11am usually) and the market will run until 3pm!
Heritage Days PARADE
Parade will start on 4th Ave by Town Square, turns on 2nd Street and 2nd Ave then heads down Main street and finishes at 6th Avenue.
Free admission for all floats. Arrive at the Town Square (4th Ave and 5th St) by 9:00am to have your float placed in the parade and have it judged.
Community BBQ
Mark your calendars for August 12th and join us at the Courthouse & Heritage Museum, right after the parade! Experience the perfect blend of history, culture, and delicious BBQ. Discover your heritage, while enjoying the company of this community! See you there!

Family and Teen Dance
Come one come all!!! High Voltage Entertainment presents a fun and frolicking family and teen dance to celebrate Heritage Days! This is in collaboration with our Cardston High School band as a fundraiser to help buy new instruments and equipment! 6:00-9:00 family dance 9:00-12:00 teen dance

Cardston Chase Family 5km & Kids 1km Dash
Another Heritage Day's Event Supported by the Town of Cardston!
A running event for the whole family to enjoy!
Friday August 11th join the community at 10AM for a scenic 5km run and a kids 1km dash at 11:30AM! Starting and finishing with a fun and family friendly atmosphere at the Lions Park track this race will include running around Cardston's scenic views of the mountains and river bottom. The 5km run will start with a good elevation gain up the main street hill towards Etna. Then turn and head down the NEW path along 9th Ave, courtesy of the Town of Cardston, with a breath taking view of the mountains. Head south along Creekside Road for a turn around and then cheer of your friends and family as you pass them heading for the nature trail to finish off the race with an electric track finish. Enjoy the kids 1km dash (12 and under) at 11:30 while eating provided healthy snacks and drinks. Awards for the top three finishers in each age category and prizes of the top three overall winners of the 5km and 1km kids dash. This race will be professionally chip timed and results will be emailed or texted straight to your phone!

10:30AM 5km - $20
Shirt option is available for purchase, extra $15 for a shirt.
Medals for top three finishers for every 5 year age category.

NOTE: After tonight’s Classic Car and Motorcycle Parade there will be a Car Show at the Remington Alberta Carriage Centre parking lot at 8:00 pm. Come and see the Cars and Motorcycles! Bring your children and grand children! See you there!
